• Go to the West Elm website and add items to your cart.
• Proceed to checkout.
• Under "Payment Information," enter your gift card number and PIN in the designated fields.
• Click "Review Order."
• Review your order and click "Place Order."

In-store:

• Bring your gift card to any West Elm store in the USA.
• Present your gift card to the cashier at checkout.
• The cashier will scan your gift card and apply the balance to your purchase.

By phone:

• Call West Elm customer service at 1-888-922-4119.
• Inform the customer service representative that you would like to redeem your gift card.
• Provide the customer service representative with your gift card number and PIN.
• The customer service representative will process your payment and complete your order.

• West Elm gift cards can be purchased and redeemed online at westelm.com or at any West Elm store in the United States.
• Gift cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise or services at West Elm, including shipping and taxes.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
• If a purchase exceeds the value of a gift card, the remaining balance can be paid with another form of payment.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
• If a gift card is lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.
