Pawssion Project Foundation Inc. is a Philippine non-profit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abused, abandoned, and neglected animals. Founded in October 2018 by Malou Perez after a life-changing rescue of dogs facing execution, the organization began in Bacolod with a small team driven by compassion and community support. Since then, it has expanded with shelters in Bacolod and Bulacan, collectively caring for hundreds of dogs and cats and facilitating thousands of rescues and rehoming placements through adoption and advocacy efforts.
More than just sheltering animals, Pawssion Project champions responsible pet ownership, education, and humane treatment across the Philippines. Its programs include stray feeding, medical care, spay-neuter initiatives, volunteer engagement, and partnerships that strengthen animal welfare. By promoting kindness and offering multiple ways to support — from adopting and sponsoring rescues to volunteering and donating — the organization seeks to create more compassionate communities where every animal can find safety, care, and love.
