What is KryptoMate?

KryptoMate is an online store where you pay with cryptocurrency for gift cards, game keys, game top-ups, mobile top-ups, eSIM data plans, flights, hotels, a VPN and physical products. It accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and 200+ other coins, plus exchange pay and Mate Connect. It is run by Cryptomate Limited, registered in Hong Kong, and has been selling since 2019.

How do I buy something with crypto on KryptoMate?

Pick a product, choose its value or plan, and go to checkout. Enter your name and email, choose a payment method such as On-Chain, Binance Pay or Mate Connect, and pay the amount shown before the countdown ends. Once the payment is confirmed, your code, key or QR code appears on the order page and is sent to your email.

How do I choose the right gift card region?

Buy the card for the country your account with that brand is registered in. Most gift cards only work in their own country or region: an Amazon.com card works on Amazon.com, and a US Apple card only works with a US Apple Account. The product page shows the region before you pay. A card bought for the wrong region by mistake cannot be refunded.

Will a game key work in my country and on my platform?

Check the platform and the region list on the product page before you buy. A Steam key only activates on Steam, an Xbox code only on a Microsoft account, and so on. Keys marked Global work almost everywhere, while EU, ROW or single-country keys only activate on accounts from those countries. Region-locked keys bought despite the warning are not refundable.

How does a game top-up work?

A game top-up sends in-game currency straight to your player account, so there is no code to redeem. Open the game's page, enter your player ID (and server or zone ID if the game asks for it), pick a package and pay. Double-check the ID before paying, because currency sent to a wrong ID usually cannot be recovered.

Paying

Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?

You can pay with 200+ coins, including Bitcoin (also over Lightning), Ethereum, USDT, USDC, BNB, Solana, Tron, TON, XRP, Litecoin and Dogecoin. USDT can be sent on several networks, such as TRC-20, BEP-20, Solana, TON and Polygon; the networks offered for your order are listed at checkout. You can also pay with exchange pay, Mate Connect or a Web3 wallet.

Can I pay from my exchange account?

Yes. You can pay with Binance Pay, Bybit Pay, KuCoin Pay, Gate Pay, Bitget, OKX Pay or Crypto.com and confirm the payment in the exchange app. These payments are internal transfers, so there is no blockchain network fee. KryptoMate also runs as a mini-app inside Binance, Gate, Bybit, KuCoin, Bitget Wallet, OKX and Trust Wallet.

What is Mate Connect?

Mate Connect lets you pay straight from your own crypto wallet. You connect the wallet at checkout, choose the coin and network, and approve the payment in the wallet, without copying an address. Mate Connect carries a 1% fee, which is shown in the order summary before you pay. KryptoMate never asks for your seed phrase or private keys.

Are there any fees?

Some payment methods add a payment fee and others add none, and the fee is always shown in your order summary before you pay. On-Chain payments have no KryptoMate payment fee; Mate Connect carries 1%, and some exchange pay methods add up to 1%. Network fees charged by the blockchain or your exchange are separate and are not KryptoMate fees.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, for eSIMs, flights, hotels and shop products. Card payment takes Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Gift cards, game keys, game top-ups and mobile top-ups are paid with crypto, exchange pay or your Mate Wallet balance. PayPal and bank transfer are not offered.

What happens if I send the wrong amount or use the wrong network?

Contact support with your order number and transaction hash (TXID), and do not pay a second order. If you sent too little and the countdown is still running, you can send the rest to the same address; otherwise what arrived is credited to your Mate Wallet. Overpayments, late payments and wrong-network transfers are reviewed case by case, and a wrong coin or network may not be recoverable.

Delivery

How fast is delivery?

Most orders arrive within minutes; some can take up to 24 hours. Delivery starts once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain or by the exchange. A few products say otherwise on their page before you pay: gift cards marked Delayed delivery take 2 to 7 business days, pre-orders are sent on release, and shop parcels show their own delivery times.

Where do I find my code after I pay?

Your code, key, PIN or eSIM QR code is shown on your order page and sent to the email you entered at checkout. If you bought as a guest, open the order with the private link in the order email. If nothing has arrived, check your spam folder first, then the order status on the order page.

When does my eSIM start and how do I install it?

It depends on the plan: each plan says whether its days start On first use or On installation. You install the eSIM by scanning the QR code from your email or order page, which needs an internet connection. Check that your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy, because an eSIM bought for an unsupported phone is not refundable.

Refunds

What if my code does not work?

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a screenshot of the error message. If the code is invalid, expired or already redeemed by someone else, we check it with the supplier and replace it or refund it. First make sure you are redeeming it in the right region and on the right platform, which causes most errors.

What can be refunded?

Undelivered orders, invalid or already-used codes and keys (not used by you), wrong items sent by us and duplicate charges can be refunded or replaced. Codes you have redeemed or revealed, cards or games bought for the wrong region by a selection mistake, activated eSIMs and top-ups sent to a wrong number you entered cannot be refunded. The Refund Policy lists the rules for each product.

How and when will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are usually completed within 0 to 24 hours. They go back to the original payment method, or instantly to your Mate Wallet if you have an account. Crypto refunds are calculated on the US dollar value at the time of purchase, and the network fee for sending them may be deducted. Card refunds can take 5 to 14 business days to appear.

Can I cancel an order?

Only before it is delivered. A digital order that has not been delivered yet may be cancelled, so contact support as soon as possible. Once a code is delivered, a top-up is sent or an eSIM is activated, the order cannot be cancelled. Flights and hotels follow their fare or cancellation rules, and shop orders can be cancelled until they ship.

Account and verification

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can check out as a guest with your full name and an email address, and your codes and receipt are sent to that email. An account adds the Mate Wallet, points, a wishlist, your order history and eSIM top-ups. If the email you enter already belongs to an account, checkout asks you to sign in.

Do I have to verify my identity (KYC)?

Not for every order. Most purchases need only a name and email. Under our AML and KYC Policy, we may ask you to verify your identity before or after a purchase depending on the order value or volume, the product, the payment method, unusual activity or a legal obligation. We can hold an order until verification is complete.

What is the Mate Wallet?

The Mate Wallet is the balance in your KryptoMate account. You can add funds once and then pay for orders from the balance, alone or together with another method, with no payment fee on the part paid from the balance. Approved refunds can also be credited to it instantly. Adding funds with crypto has a processing fee, shown before you send.

Is KryptoMate legit?

Yes. KryptoMate is run by Cryptomate Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 73194963), and has sold digital goods for crypto since 2019 to 700K+ users. Every order has an order page and an email receipt, and the Refund Policy explains when codes are replaced or refunded. Customer reviews are on Trustpilot. Always check that you are on kryptomate.com before paying.

Where do your gift cards and game keys come from?

We buy codes from gift-card distributors and game-key wholesalers and deliver them automatically after payment. Each product page names the platform and the region the code or key works in, so you can check it before you pay. If a code turns out to be invalid or already used by someone else, report it within 48 hours and we replace or refund it under the Refund Policy.

How do I contact support?

Use the live chat on the site, which is open 24/7, or email [email protected]. Include your order number, the email used for the order and a screenshot of the problem. Support will never ask for your password, verification codes, seed phrase or private keys, so never share them with anyone who claims to be from KryptoMate.
