Where do I find my Mobile Legends Zone ID?

Open your profile in the game. Your User ID is shown with a second, shorter number next to it, usually in brackets: that's your Zone ID. Enter each in its own field on the top-up page.

I entered the wrong Zone ID. What now?

Contact support at once with your order number, the ID you entered and the correct one. If the top-up hasn't been sent, we'll try to stop it. Once delivered, it can't be reversed, and the case is reviewed under the Refund Policy.

Things to know before you buy

Two numbers, not one

Mobile Legends identifies your account with a User ID and a Zone ID. Both must be right. A correct User ID with the wrong Zone ID can fail or reach the wrong account. Copy both from your in-game profile rather than typing from memory. The site checks the form of what you type, such as numbers only, but it can't tell whose account it is.

Country and packages

Choose the country where your account was created, not where you are today. The top-up page lists the current diamond packages and their prices for that country. Prices are in US dollars, and the crypto amount is calculated when your payment is created.

Direct top-up or diamond card?

The top-up needs no code: the diamonds go straight to the account you entered. The cards on the Mobile Legends page come in regional versions, for example the Global card and the Philippines card, plus MENA and USD versions. A card is handy as a gift, but check its Redeemable in line and Terms tab first. To redeem, open Show details on your order page and follow the steps for your exact card.

How and when diamonds arrive

Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. The item shows Processing while it's being sent. If it says Delivered but you don't see the diamonds, restart the game and make sure you're signed in to the account with that exact User ID and Zone ID.

Payment notes

Card payment isn't available for games or top-ups. On-Chain adds no payment fee (the order summary shows $0.00 for it); if another method has a fee, it's added in your order summary. Network fees from your own wallet aren't included, so send at least the exact amount. If you send less than the amount due, the order shows "Partly paid · send the rest" and you can send the difference to the same address before the window closes.

Mistakes can't be undone

Check your ID before paying. Top-ups are sent to the ID you enter and can't be reversed. If you notice a wrong ID, contact support straight away with your order number; if the top-up hasn't gone out, we can try to stop it. The Refund Policy applies to everything else.
