A Gift Card is a digital or physical cash card that, once purchased, has a monetary value and can be used as a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another individual. Check how your Gift Card can be redeemed: • Offline – at the brand’s physical location.

1. Present the Gift Card code to the cashier at Apnea Zone Club, located inside Mövenpick Hotel JBR Dubai. 2. The cashier will scan the Gift Card code and apply it toward the purchase of eligible goods or services. Any difference between the Gift Card value and the total bill must be paid using another payment method. 3. The Gift Card is for one-time use only and can be used for a single purchase. 4. Present the Gift Card code to the cashier to check the remaining balance or validity.

Gift Cards, Apnea Zone Club Balance, and Redemption This Apnea Zone Club Gift Card Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Apnea Zone Club (“we” or “us”) and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Apnea Zone Club Gift Card. By purchasing, loading, or using your Apnea Zone Club Gift Card, you agree to these terms. If a purchase exceeds your Apnea Zone Club Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method. Apnea Zone Club Balance Expiration The Gift Card expires one year from the date of purchase. The Gift Card is for one-time use only. It can only be redeemed once, and any remaining balance will be discarded. Limitations Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Apnea Zone Club. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than their face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund, used after the expiry date, or used for payments outside Apnea Zone Club or its affiliated properties. Risk of Loss The risk of loss and ownership of the Gift Card pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or upon delivery to the carrier, where applicable. You are responsible for safeguarding your Apnea Zone Club balance and Gift Card against unauthorized use. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Apnea Zone Club Gift Card balance or Gift Card is used without your permission. Be aware that some scams may request payment using Gift Cards. Apnea Zone Club is not responsible for, and assumes no liability for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by a third party associated with a Gift Card.
