It depends on the brand. Where a card has a validity period, it is shown as Validity in the Terms tab on the card page.
It depends on the brand. Some gift cards have an expiry date and some do not. The brand sets the rule, and KryptoMate cannot extend it.
01Where to check
- On the card's product page, open the Terms tab. When the card has a validity period, it is shown there as Validity.
- Read the How to redeem tab too. Some brands state the expiry there.
- After buying, select Show details under the card on your order page to read the card's description and redemption steps again.
If the card page shows no validity period, check the brand's own terms before you keep a card unused for a long time.

- 1Read the Terms tab before you buy a card you do not plan to use straight away.
- 2Redeem the card soon after delivery. Once it is redeemed, the value sits in your account with the brand, under the brand's own rules.
- 3Keep the order email. The private order link in it opens your order page.
Important: This is separate from the card's own expiry: your order page shows codes for 90 days after the order date. After that the codes are hidden, and support can reopen the order for a limited time. See Where do I find my code after I pay?.
03What the policy says
Under our Terms of Service, gift cards follow the issuing brand's terms. Under our Refund Policy, a refund may be considered when a delivered code is expired through no fault of the customer. A card that expired because it was not redeemed in time is the brand's rule, and we cannot change it.
