No. You can check out as a guest with a name and an email address. An account adds the Mate Wallet, points, a wishlist and your order history.

No. You can buy as a guest. At checkout you enter your full name and an email address, and your codes and receipt are sent to that email.

01What a guest can do

Buy gift cards, games, eSIMs, mobile top-ups and other products.
Pay with the methods shown at checkout, for example an exchange app, a crypto wallet or On-Chain.
Open the order again at any time with the private order link in the order email.
Contact support through the support widget with the same email.

Mate Wallet: paying with a balance, adding funds, redeeming a voucher.
Points: guest orders do not earn points.
Wishlist: and Notifications.
Orders: one list of everything you bought.
eSIM top-ups: a top-up is added to an eSIM in your account, so it cannot be bought as a guest.

Important: type your email carefully. As a guest, the email is the only place your order link is sent.
If the email you enter already belongs to a KryptoMate account, checkout asks you to sign in instead.
Creating an account later with the same email does not move your earlier guest orders into it by itself. Keep the order emails to open those orders.
One exception: a delivered eSIM bought as a guest can be added to your account from its order page with Add to my account. Your account must use the email the order was placed with.
