Redeem the key in the launcher named under Platform: Redeem Code in Epic Games, Key/Code Activation in Ubisoft Connect, gog.com/redeem for GOG, and the EA app for EA.
A PC key is redeemed in the launcher named under Platform on the product page. A key for one launcher does not work in another. The steps below follow each launcher's official help. Your product's own steps, when it has them, are in its Activation details tab and under Show details on your order page.
01Epic Games
- 1Open the Epic Games Launcher and sign in.
- 2Select your name in the upper right corner.
- 3Select Redeem Code.
- 4Enter the code and select Redeem.
02Ubisoft Connect
- 1Open Ubisoft Connect on your PC and sign in.
- 2Select your profile in the top left corner.
- 3Choose Key/Code Activation.
- 4Enter the key in the Activate Product field and select Activate.
03GOG
- 1Sign in at gog.com.
- 2Go to gog.com/redeem.
- 3Enter the code and follow the on-screen instructions.
In the GOG GALAXY app you can also select + Add games & Friends, then Redeem GOG code.
04EA app
- 1Open the EA app and sign in with your EA account.
- 2Open the option to redeem a product code in the app's menu.
- 3Enter the code and follow the prompts.
05Rockstar Games Launcher
- 1Open the Rockstar Games Launcher and sign in.
- 2Select your avatar in the top right.
- 3Select Redeem Code and enter the code.
- 4Select Check, tick the box to confirm what your account will receive, then select Redeem.
06Battle.net
In the Battle.net desktop app, select your profile icon at the top right, then Redeem Code. On the website, sign in to your account overview and use the Redeem a Code box.
07If that did not work
- Wrong launcher: check Platform on the product page.
- A region message: see How do I check a game platform and region before buying?.
- The key is rejected or already used: do not keep re-entering it. See My game key is not working or was already used.
- The product is an account: see I bought a game account. How do I use it?.
