Choose Binance Pay at checkout, scan the QR code with the Binance app or open it from your phone, check the amount and confirm before the countdown ends.
To pay with Binance Pay, choose it at checkout and confirm the payment in the Binance app. You scan a QR code, or open the app straight from your phone.
01Before you start
You need the Binance app on your phone, signed in, with enough balance for the order.
02Steps
- 1At checkout, on the Payment step, look under Exchange pay and choose Binance Pay.
- 2Select the Pay button. The payment screen opens with a QR code.
- 3On a computer: open the Binance app on your phone, tap Scan and scan the code. On your phone: tap Open Binance Pay if the button is shown.
- 4In the Binance app, check the amount and confirm.
- 5Back on KryptoMate, wait for the page to move on, or select I've paid in Binance Pay to go to your order page.
03What to expect
- The payment screen shows "Waiting for Binance Pay" and a countdown. You have 30 minutes to confirm the payment.
- We confirm the payment automatically once it is reported to us. The page then takes you to your order.
04If that did not work
- The QR code will not scan: zoom in on the page so the code is larger, or open KryptoMate on your phone and use Open Binance Pay.
- The screen shows "Payment window expired": do not pay that request. Go back to the payment methods and choose Binance Pay again to get a new one.
- Binance Pay is greyed out: a coupon on the order is limited to other payment methods. Remove the coupon or choose an eligible method.
- You confirmed in Binance but the order still shows Pending payment: see I paid but my order still shows Pending payment.
05Inside the Binance mini-app
If you opened KryptoMate inside the Binance app, Binance Pay is the only payment method offered there.
