Add the product to your cart, select Proceed to checkout, enter your name and email if you are a guest, choose a payment method and select Pay.
To place an order, add a product to your cart, check out, pay, and collect your item on your order page.
01Steps
- 1Open the product you want. Choose the country or region and the amount, and check that they are right for you.
- 2Select Add to cart.
- 3Open your Cart and select Proceed to checkout.
- 4If you are not signed in, enter your Full name and Email for delivery under Your details. Your codes and receipt are sent to this email, so check the spelling.
- 5For a shop product, choose a shipping address and a shipping speed under Delivery.
- 6Under Payment, choose how to pay. If you are signed in and have a coupon, select Add a coupon code in the Order summary first.
- 7Check the Order summary, then select the Pay button. It shows the amount.
- 8Complete the payment on the next screen before the countdown ends.
02What to expect
- After you pay, you are taken to your order page. It checks for your payment by itself and updates when the payment is confirmed.
- Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. Some products state a longer time on their page. See How long does delivery take?.
- Your items appear on the order page. When the order is delivered, a copy of the order details is emailed to you.
03Good to know
- You have 30 minutes to pay with most methods, and 15 minutes with Tonkeeper or TON Connect. The countdown on the payment screen is what counts.
- One order can hold up to 10 different items.
- If you pay in crypto, the exact coin amount is shown on the payment screen.
- By completing payment you agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Under the Refund Policy, sales are generally final once a product is delivered, so check the region and amount before you pay.
