Sign in and select the bell at the top of the site, or open Notifications in your account, to see updates about orders, payments, your wallet and offers.
Notifications are short updates about your orders, payments, wallet and offers. You find them under the bell at the top of the site and in your account. You need to be signed in to see them.
01Open your notifications
- 1Sign in.
- 2Select the bell at the top of the site to see the latest ones.
- 3For the full list, select View all notifications, or open your account and select Notifications.
02Filter and clear
- In your account, use the categories to narrow the list: Orders, Payments, Wallet, Promotions, News and Updates.
- Select Mark all as read to clear the unread count. In the bell panel the same action is called Mark all read.
03Good to know
- Notifications do not replace your order email. Codes are shown on your order page, not in a notification.
- If the list is empty you see "No notifications yet".
- If you are a guest, you have no notification list. Updates about your order come by email, and your order page shows its current status.
