Why does my DLC not work?

DLC (downloadable content) is an add-on for a game, not the game itself. It works only when you have the base game on the same platform and account, and the DLC key must match your region like any other key.

01Check before buying

1. 1On the product page, look at Product type in the details list. It says DLC for add-ons and Base game for full games.
2. 2Check Platform. Choose the platform where you have the base game.
3. 3Check Region and the Can be activated in line. See How do I check a game platform and region before buying?.
4. 4Read the About and Activation details tabs, when the product has them, for the game and edition the content belongs to.

02If the DLC does not work

• You do not have the base game on that account: get the base game on the same platform and account first.
• Your base game is another edition or from another region: compare it with what the product's About tab says. If the page does not say, ask support.
• The key was accepted but nothing changed: close the game and the launcher, open them again, and look for the content in the game's add-on list on your platform.
• The key is rejected: see My game key is not working or was already used.

03When to contact support

Contact us if the checks above did not solve it. For digital items, report a problem within 48 hours of delivery. Later requests may still be considered. Use the support widget on the site, or email [email protected], and send:

• your order number (format KM/ORDER-XXXXXXXX)
• the email used for the order
• the DLC product name and the platform
• which base game and edition you have
• a screenshot of the platform's error, or of the game's add-on list

Never send your password, verification codes, wallet seed phrase or private keys. We will never ask for them.
