The code is delivered to you, the buyer. To gift it, pass the code on yourself. There is no delivery to another person's email and no scheduled delivery.
Yes, but you pass it on yourself. KryptoMate delivers the code to you, the buyer: on your order page and to the email used for the order. There is no option to deliver a card to another person's email, and no option to deliver it on a chosen date.
01Steps
- 1Choose the card made for the recipient's account country, not your own. See How do I choose the right gift card country and currency?.
- 2Buy the card. At checkout, enter an email address you can open: your codes and receipt are sent there.
- 3When the card is delivered, open your order page and use Copy next to the code.
- 4Send the code to the recipient in a private message, together with the card's redemption steps. Show details under the card on the order page displays them.
- 5Ask them to redeem it soon and to tell you if anything is wrong.
02Things to know
- Treat the code like cash. Whoever has it can redeem it. Do not post it in public or in group chats.
- Send the code, not your order link. The private order link opens your whole order.
- You report problems. If the recipient cannot redeem the card, you, the buyer, contact support with the order number. Our Refund Policy asks you to report a problem with a digital item within 48 hours of delivery.
- A Mate Balance Card cannot be gifted from an account. A Mate Balance Card bought while signed in can only be redeemed by the account that bought it. See What are Mate Card and balance cards?.
03About "Recipient details"
A small number of products are sent straight to an account instead of as a code. For these, the site opens Recipient details before the product goes into your cart and asks for the account details that product needs, for example an account number. Check them carefully: the product is sent to exactly what you enter. This is not an option to email a gift card to another person.
04About "Delayed delivery"
Delayed delivery (2–7 days) on a card page is not a scheduling option. It means the card is processed by hand and is delivered within 2 to 7 business days. See How long does delivery take?.
