The order is still delivered to your order page. If the page is open, save its link. If you closed it, contact support with the order details and proof of payment.
A typing mistake in the email does not stop your order. The order is delivered to your order page either way. Only the email copy goes to the wrong address.
01If your order page is still open
- 1Stay on the page. When the order is delivered, your code appears there.
- 2Bookmark the page or copy its address from the browser. This private order link is your way back.
- 3Copy your code and store it somewhere safe.
You do not need to do anything else.
02If you closed the page
The email with your order link went to the address you typed, so you cannot open it. The site has no way to change the email on an order or to look an order up by email. Support has to find the order for you.
03Avoid it next time
- Read the Email for delivery once more before you pay.
- Create an account. Your orders are then listed under Orders and do not depend on an email reaching you.
04When to contact support
Contact support as soon as you notice. Use the support widget on the site or email [email protected], and include:
- The email address you typed by mistake, as exactly as you remember it.
- The correct email address.
- The product, the amount, and the date and time of the order.
- The order number, if you saw it.
- Proof of payment: the payment reference from your exchange app, or the transaction hash (TXID, the ID of your payment on the blockchain) and the network for an On-Chain payment.
Support uses these details to find the order and to confirm it is yours before sharing the link.
Never send your password, verification codes, wallet seed phrase or private keys. We will never ask for them.
