Enter each traveller's first and last name exactly as on the passport or travel document, with the right date of birth and nationality.
Enter each traveller's names exactly as they appear on the passport or travel document the traveller will use. The booking form says the same.
01What the form asks
For each traveller: Title, Gender, First name, Last name, Date of birth and Nationality. For the booking: an Email and a Phone number under Contact details. Your e-ticket and any schedule changes are sent to that email.
02How to fill it in
- 1Have each traveller's passport or travel document in front of you.
- 2First name: as shown on the passport.
- 3Last name: as shown on the passport.
- 4Date of birth: as on the document. For a child, the fare was priced for the age you searched with, so the date of birth must match that age.
- 5Nationality: as on the document.
- 6Check the spelling of every name once more before you select Add to cart and check out.
If Saved travellers is shown, you can pick a traveller from it instead of retyping.
03If you spot a mistake
Airline rules apply to name changes, and our support team makes the change for you where the airline allows it. We cannot promise that a name can be corrected.
Tip: Do not send a photo of the passport unless a support agent asks for it inside your support conversation.
