What is the Mate Wallet?

The Mate Wallet is a balance in US dollars that belongs to your KryptoMate account. It is not a crypto wallet: it holds credit that you spend on KryptoMate.

02How money gets in

Add funds

send USDT or USDC.

Redeem voucher

enter the code of a KryptoMate voucher or Mate Balance Card.

Points

redeem your points for wallet credit.

Refunds

when a refund is credited to your Mate Wallet.

03Where to find it

1. 1Sign in and open your account.
2. 2Select Wallet.

You see your balance, the buttons Add funds and Redeem voucher, and your Transactions. Each transaction shows its type, a description, the balance after it, the date and a transaction ID.

04Good to know

• You need an account. Guests cannot use the Mate Wallet.
• The balance is for purchases on KryptoMate. The site has no function to withdraw it or to move it to another account.
• The balance cannot be used to buy a Mate Balance Card.
