KryptoMate is an online service, but each product is made for a specific country or region, so always check the product page before you pay.
KryptoMate is an online service that you use in your browser. What matters most is not where you are, but which country or region each product is made for.
01Products are tied to a country or region
Important: check the country or region on the product page before you pay. Under the Refund Policy, a gift card bought for the wrong region by a selection mistake is non-refundable, and so is a region-locked game bought despite the warning on its page.
02Who can use KryptoMate
Under the Terms, you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for making sure that using the service is allowed under your local laws. Access to some products or services can be restricted by location.
03If a product is not offered for your country
- Choose your country on the gift card, eSIM or mobile top-up page to see what is offered for it.
- Tip: for a gift card, the country that matters is usually the one your account with that brand is registered in. This is general guidance; the brand's own rules decide.
