Select Sign in, then Sign up, enter your name, email and a password, and confirm the 6-digit code we email you.
To create an account, select Sign in at the top of the site, then Sign up. You need an email address you can open right away.
01Create an account with your email
- 1Select Sign in at the top of the site, then Sign up.
- 2Enter your Full name, your Email address and a Password, then type the password again under Confirm password.
- 3Tick the box to agree to the terms and select Create account.
- 4Open the email we send you and enter the 6-digit code on the Verify your email screen.
- 5Select Verify email, then log in with your new account.
Use a password of at least 8 characters. A mix of letters, numbers and symbols is strongest.
02Or continue with an account you already have
On the same screen you can select Continue with Google, Apple, Binance, Facebook or TON wallet. No separate password is needed for these.
03What to expect
- The code is valid for about 3 minutes. If it runs out, select Resend code. You can ask for a new code once a minute.
- Your Mate Wallet is created when your email is verified.
04If that did not work
- "This email is linked to another account." You already have an account with this email. Log in, or reset your password.
- You signed up earlier but never entered the code. Sign up again with the same email. You are taken to the Verify your email screen, where you can select Resend code.
- No code arrived. See I did not get my verification code.
- "Too many registration attempts." Wait a while and try again later.
05Good to know
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- The Terms do not allow more than one account per person. Enter your name as it appears on your ID.
