Xbox cards redeem at redeem.microsoft.com, Nintendo cards in Nintendo eShop under Enter Code, Netflix at netflix.com/redeem, Amazon on Redeem a Gift Card.
These cards are redeemed on the brand's own site or device, on an account in the card's country. The steps for your exact card are also under Show details on your order page and in the How to redeem tab on the card's product page.
01Xbox
- 1Go to redeem.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account you use on Xbox.
- 2Enter or paste the code and follow the prompts.
On an Xbox console you can use the redeem option in the Store instead. The balance is added to your Microsoft account.
02Nintendo eShop
- 1On your Nintendo Switch, open Nintendo eShop from the HOME Menu.
- 2Select the account you want to use.
- 3Select Enter Code on the left side of the screen.
- 4Enter the 16-character code and select OK.
- 5Select Confirm, then Add. The funds are added to your balance.
03Netflix
- 1Go to netflix.com/redeem.
- 2Enter the code from your order and click Redeem.
- 3Sign in, or create an account, if you are asked to. The balance is added to your Netflix account.
Netflix's help says a card works when it is in the same currency as your Netflix bill.
04Amazon
- 1Sign in to the Amazon site of the card's country.
- 2Open the page Redeem a Gift Card in your account.
- 3Enter the claim code from your order and select Apply to Your Balance.
The balance applies automatically to your next eligible order. Amazon does not move a redeemed balance to another account, so check which account is signed in first.
05If that did not work
- Country or currency message: compare the card's country with your account's country. See Why can I not use my gift card in my country?.
- Code refused: copy the code again from your order page instead of typing it. See My gift card code is not working.
- Already redeemed: check your balance with the brand first. See My gift card code says it was already redeemed.
