How do I use KryptoMate inside an exchange or wallet app?

KryptoMate is also available as a mini-app inside some exchange and wallet apps. You browse the same kind of products, pay with that app's own payment method, and receive your order the same way as on the website.

01Which apps

KryptoMate has a mini-app version for these apps: Binance, Gate, Bybit, KuCoin, Bitget Wallet, OKX and Trust Wallet.

Each app decides where its mini-apps are listed and can change that place, so we do not give menu paths here. If you cannot find KryptoMate in your app, open kryptomate.com in your phone's browser instead. It is the same service.

02What is different inside a mini-app

One payment method

you pay with that app's own method. Inside Binance you pay with Binance Pay, inside Gate with Gate Pay, inside KuCoin with KuCoin Pay and inside Bybit with Bybit Pay. Inside a wallet app you pay from that wallet. On-Chain, Mate Wallet and card are not offered inside a mini-app.

Coupons

a coupon works there only if it allows that app's payment method.

Signing in

the sign-in options depend on the app you are in.

Your email

if your account has no email yet, add one so your orders and codes can be emailed to you.

03What stays the same

• You have a limited time to pay. Follow the countdown on the payment screen.
• Your order page shows your codes.
• Keep the order email. Its private order link opens the order from any browser.

04If that did not work

• You cannot find your order inside the app: open the order email and use the link in it. If you bought as a guest, check the email you typed at checkout, including the spam folder.
• You want to pay On-Chain or with your Mate Wallet balance: open kryptomate.com in your browser instead.
• The app shows the payment as done but the order still shows Pending payment: see I paid but my order still shows Pending payment.
