Each claim link is single-use and pays a fixed amount once. The recipient must enter accurate their IBAN and account name; funds sent to incorrect details may not be recoverable.
Funds typically arrive 1–2 business days after a successful claim. A payout cannot be reversed or refunded once it has been sent to the recipient.
The recipient must be eligible to receive funds via SEPA Bank Transfer in their country. Unclaimed links expire 90 days after issue.
