Pick the card made for the country of the account you will redeem it on. Each card page shows where it is redeemable and its currency.
Choose the gift card made for the country of the account you will redeem it on, not the country you are in today. Every card page shows the line Redeemable in with a country, or Redeemable worldwide, and the card's currency.
01Before you start
Check the country or region set in your account with the brand, for example your Apple, Google Play, Steam or PlayStation account. A card for the United States is redeemed on a United States account.
02Steps
- 1Open Gift cards on the site.
- 2Select Country. The list asks Where will you use the card? Choose the country of your account with the brand. All countries shows every card.
- 3Optionally select Category, or use Search gift cards to find the brand.
- 4Open the card. Under its name you see the category, the currency and the country.
- 5Read the line Redeemable in (a country) or Redeemable worldwide.
- 6Open the How to redeem and Terms tabs. They carry the brand's own conditions, such as where the card is valid.
03What to expect
- Card values are in the card's own currency. On each value, the large figure is the card value and the small figure is what you pay.
- The same brand often has several cards, one per country. They are different products and are not interchangeable.
- A card marked Redeemable worldwide still follows the brand's own terms. Read the Terms tab before you buy, because some of these cards work only in a group of countries.
04If you are not sure
- Sign in to the brand's site and look up your account country first.
- If you buy for someone else, ask which country their account is set to.
- If a brand is not listed for your country, it is not sold for that country at the moment.
Important: Gift cards are region-specific, and choosing the right region is the buyer's responsibility under our Terms of Service.
