How do I find my past orders? — KryptoMate 도움말

Sign in and open Orders. Search by product or order number, filter by type or date, and open any order to see its details and its order page.

Every order placed while you were signed in is listed under Orders in your account.

01Steps

1Sign in and open your account.
2Select Orders.
3Narrow the list if you need to:Type a product name or an order number in the search box.Select a type, such as Gift cards, Games or eSIM. Only the types you have ordered are shown.Select Any date to choose a date range.
4Select an order to open it.

To start again, select Clear filters.

Get code: shown on a delivered gift card or game order. It opens the order page, where your code is.
Pay now: shown on an order that is still waiting for payment.
Track: shown on a shop order that has tracking.
Details: shows the items in the order.
Open order page: opens the full order page with codes, payment details and totals.
Get help with this order: opens the support chat with this order attached.

Order numbers look like KM/ORDER-XXXXXXXX. You can copy the number from the open order.
Search and dates look through your newest 1,000 orders.
On orders older than 90 days the codes are hidden. Contact support if you need one shown again.
Archived shows orders that were moved to the archive, if your account has any. An archived order shows its details in the list but has no order page.
Orders you placed as a guest are not in this list. Open them with the link in the order email.
