Choose your exchange under Exchange pay at checkout, scan the QR code with that exchange's app or open the app from your phone, then check the amount and confirm.
If you keep crypto on an exchange, you can pay from your exchange account. Choose the exchange under Exchange pay at checkout and confirm the payment in that exchange's app.
01Before you start
You need the exchange's app on your phone, signed in, with enough balance for the order.
02Steps
- 1At checkout, on the Payment step, look under Exchange pay and choose Bybit Pay, Gate Pay, KuCoin Pay or Crypto.com.
- 2Select the Pay button. The payment screen opens.
- 3If you see a QR code: open the exchange app on your phone, tap Scan and scan the code.
- 4If you are on your phone: tap the Open button for that exchange, if it is shown.
- 5In the exchange app, check the amount and confirm.
- 6Back on KryptoMate, wait for the page to move on, or select the I've paid in button to go to your order page.
If you land on your order page before paying, select Complete payment there to see the payment again.
03Bitget and OKX Pay
Bitget and OKX Pay are in the same group and add one step. After you select Pay, choose the coin (USDT or USDC) and the network, then select the Continue button. Make sure your account holds that coin on that network. The rest is the same: scan the code or open the app, check the amount and confirm.
04What to expect
- The payment screen shows that it is waiting for the exchange, with a countdown. You have 30 minutes to confirm the payment.
- We confirm the payment automatically once it is reported to us. The page then takes you to your order.
05If that did not work
- The screen shows "Payment window expired": do not pay that request. Go back to the payment methods and choose the method again to get a new one.
- The method is greyed out: a coupon on the order is limited to other payment methods. Remove the coupon or choose an eligible method.
- "This payment couldn't be started": see Why can I not start or complete my payment?.
- You confirmed in the app but the order still shows Pending payment: see I paid but my order still shows Pending payment.
06Inside an exchange mini-app
If you opened KryptoMate inside the Gate, KuCoin or Bybit app, that exchange's pay option is the only payment method offered there.
