On the log in screen select Forgot password?, enter your email, type the 6-digit code we send you, and choose a new password.
You can set a new password yourself with a code sent to your email.
01Steps
- 1Select Sign in, enter your email and select Continue.
- 2Select Forgot password?
- 3Check your email address and select Send code.
- 4Enter the 6-digit code from the email and select Continue.
- 5Type a New password, type it again, and select Reset password.
- 6When you see Password reset, select Log in and use your new password.
02What to expect
- The code is valid for about 3 minutes. If you did not get it, select Resend code, which is available after 60 seconds.
- The new password needs at least 8 characters, and it cannot be the password you use now.
- The code is checked when you select Reset password. If it is wrong or has run out, go back, request a new code and try again.
- For security, every device is signed out when the password is reset. Log in again on each one.
- We email you a confirmation that the password was changed. If you get this email and did not reset your password, contact support straight away.
03If that did not work
- No code: see I did not get my verification code.
- "Too many password reset requests": you have asked too many times. Wait and try again later.
- Your account was created with Google, Apple, Binance or another sign-in button: you can still use these steps to create a password, as long as the account has an email.
