The checkout can show these methods: your Mate Wallet balance, On-Chain, Binance Pay, Bybit Pay, Gate Pay, KuCoin Pay, Crypto.com and other exchange payments, Web3 wallets, Ledger, and credit or debit card. Card is not offered for gift cards, games or top-ups. The methods offered for your order are the ones shown at checkout.
On-Chain means you send crypto from any wallet to the address shown at checkout. 200+ coins are accepted.
Every order has a payment window: 30 minutes for most methods and 15 minutes for the two TON methods. Follow the countdown on the payment screen.
03How you get your order
Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. Some products state a different time on their page, such as gift cards marked Delayed delivery, pre-orders, flights, hotels and shop parcels.
Digital items appear on your order page when they are ready, and an email with your order link is sent to you. If you have an account, every order is also listed under Orders. If you buy as a guest, you open your order with the private order link in your email.
04Do I need an account?
No. You can buy as a guest with a name and an email address. An account adds the Mate Wallet, points, a wishlist and an order history.
