▶유의사항
- 모바일 상품권은 쏘카 앱 내에 상품권 번호를 입력하여 차 예약 요금(대여요금, 면책요금)을 결제할 때 사용할 수 있습니다.
※ 비즈니스 프로필로 차를 예약할 때, 쏘카스테이에서 숙박 요금을 결제할 때는 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 모바일 상품권은 다른 할인 쿠폰, 크레딧과 함께 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 모바일 상품권은 한 예약에 한 장만 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 모바일 상품권은 추가 요금 결제에 동의했다면, 추가 요금(주행요금, 하이패스 요금, 연장 요금, 취소수수료) 결제 수단으로 쓸 수 있습니다. 단, 추가 요금이 결제되는 시점에 모바일 상품권의 유효기간이 남아 있는 경우에 한합니다.
※ 단, 페널티, 범칙금, 사고 수리비 등에는 쓸 수 없습니다.
- 유효기간은 구매한 날로부터 60일이며, 유효기간이 지난 모바일 상품권은 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 무상으로 지급된 모바일 상품권은 환불받을 수 없습니다.
- 모바일 상품권의 재전송 관련 문의는 기프티쇼고객센터(1588-6474)로 문의하세요.
- 구매자는 상품권 번호가 타인에게 노출되지 않도록 관리해야 합니다.
- 구매자는 위에 명시된 내용을 확인해야 할 책임이 있으며, 명시된 내용에 따라 상품권을 사용할 수 있습니다.

▶ Notes
- The mobile e-gift certificate can be registered in the Socar app and used to pay for car reservation fees (rental fees, insurance fees).
※ It cannot be used when booking a car with a business profile or when paying accommodation fees on Socar Stay.
- The mobile e-gift certificate can be used together with other discount coupons or credits.
- Only one e-gift certificate can be used per reservation.
- If you agree to pay additional charges, the e-gift certificate can also be used for additional fees (mileage fees, Hi-Pass tolls, extension fees, cancellation fees), provided the e-gift certificate is still valid at the time of payment.
※ However, it cannot be used for penalties, fines, or repair costs due to accidents.
- The validity period is 60 days from the date of purchase. Expired e-gift certificates cannot be used.
- Free-issued e-gift certificates are non-refundable.
- For inquiries regarding re-sending e-gift certificates, please contact the Giftishow Customer Center (1588-6474).
- The purchaser is responsible for managing the e-gift certificate number to prevent exposure to others.
- The purchaser must confirm and comply with the above terms and conditions when using the e-gift certificate.
