How long does delivery take?

Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. A few products state a longer time on their page, and bookings and parcels have their own times.

Delivery starts when your payment is confirmed, not when you send it.

01Check the label on the product page

Gift cards show one of two labels before you buy:

Instant delivery (0–24h)

the card is sent as soon as the payment confirms. Delivery is usually instant, and the label allows up to 24 hours.

Delayed delivery (2–7 days)

the card is processed by hand and delivered within 2–7 business days after your order is confirmed. Before the card goes into your cart, a notice titled "Delivery takes 2–7 business days" asks you to confirm. We notify you when the card is ready.

Games show Instant delivery (0–24h) or, for a game that is not out yet, Pre-order delivery. A pre-order is sent on release.

02Bookings and parcels

Flights

the booking confirmation typically arrives within minutes and can take up to 24 hours.

Hotels

the confirmation typically arrives within minutes and can take up to 48 hours for some properties.

Shop products

these are shipped to your address. Tracking appears on the order page when the carrier has the parcel.

03What you see after paying

1. 1Your order page opens. While the payment is being confirmed it says "Confirming your payment" and checks by itself.
2. 2When the payment is confirmed it says "Payment received", and each item shows Processing while it is prepared.
3. 3When an item is ready, its status changes to Delivered and its code appears on the page. Some gift cards show Ready to claim with a button instead.
4. 4When the order is delivered, we email you the order details and a link back to the page.

You can leave the page while you wait. The order continues by itself. Do not pay a second time.

04If it is taking longer

• Check that the payment is confirmed. An order that says "Awaiting payment" has not been paid yet.
• Compare the wait with the label on the product page: 24 hours for Instant delivery (0–24h), 2–7 business days for Delayed delivery (2–7 days).
• If that time has passed, or if you are unsure at any point, see I paid but have not received my order. It lists what to send support.
