You can pay by credit or debit card for shop products, flights, hotels, eSIMs and event tickets. Card is not available for gift cards, games or top-ups, and PayPal is not offered.

01When you can pay by card
The Credit or debit card option on the Payment step can be used when every item in your cart is one of these:
- A shop product that is shipped to you.
- A flight or a hotel stay.
- An eSIM plan or an eSIM top-up.
- An event ticket.
The option shows "Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay".
If your cart holds a gift card, a game or a mobile or game top-up, the card option is greyed out and says "Not available for gift cards, games or top-ups". This applies to the whole cart, so one such item switches card off for the order.
02Pay by card
- 1On the Payment step, choose Credit or debit card.
- 2Select the Pay button. The card page opens in a new browser tab.
- 3Enter your card details on that page and confirm. Your card issuer may ask you to approve the payment, for example in your banking app.
- 4Return to the KryptoMate tab. It shows your order page, which updates when the payment is confirmed.
Tip: if no new tab opens, your browser may have blocked it. Allow pop-ups for the site and try again.
03PayPal and bank transfer
These are not offered at checkout.
04If your cart cannot be paid by card
- Buy the card-eligible items in one order and the other items in a separate order with another method.
- If you do not hold crypto yet, you can buy a stablecoin such as USDT on an exchange you trust and pay with that exchange's pay option or On-Chain.
- If you buy often, add funds to your Mate Wallet once and pay from your balance.
