Open Shop, choose a product and its option, check Ship to for your country, add it to the cart, then enter your address and pick a shipping speed at checkout.
The Shop sells physical products that are shipped to your address. You choose the product and its option, check delivery for your country on the product page, and give your address and choose the delivery method at checkout.
01Steps
- 1Open Shop in the top menu. Browse Categories, the New arrivals and Trending now rows, or use Search products.
- 2On the product list, use Filters for price and warehouse, and Sort by to order the results.
- 3Open a product and choose its option, such as a colour or size. An option marked Out of stock or Not available cannot be ordered.
- 4Under Ship to, choose your country. The page lists the delivery options for it with their prices and delivery times in days. If none is listed, the product cannot be delivered there yet.
- 5Set the Quantity and select Add to cart.
- 6At checkout, enter your details, then choose or add a delivery address. Required: name, phone, country, address, city and postal code.
- 7Under Shipping speed, choose a delivery method. Its price is added to the order as Shipping.
- 8Choose a payment method and pay. The methods offered for your order are the ones shown at checkout.
02What to expect
- Delivery is charged separately from the product. It is calculated at checkout from your address, once for the whole parcel.
- Shop products are ordered on their own. They cannot be in the same cart as digital items.
- After payment the order page says your order is being prepared. Tracking details appear there as soon as the carrier has the parcel. See How do I track my Shop order?.
- Signed-in customers can keep addresses under Settings, Addresses for later orders.
