How do I buy as a guest and get back to my order?

You can buy without an account. A guest order is not stored in an account, so you open it with its private order link.

01Buy as a guest

1. 1Add the product to your cart and go to checkout.
2. 2Under Your details, enter your Full name and Email for delivery. Check the spelling: your codes and receipt are sent to this address.
3. 3Choose a payment method and pay.

02Where the private order link is

Right after you pay

the page you land on is your order page. Its address in the browser is your private order link.

In your email

when your order is delivered, we email the order number and the link to the address you typed at checkout.

03Keep the link safe

1. 1While the order page is open, bookmark it or copy its address.
2. 2Keep the order email.
3. 3Do not share the link. Anyone who has it can open the order and see the codes.

04Get back to your order later

1. 1Open the order email and select the link to your order.
2. 2Your order page opens with the status, the payment details and your codes. You do not need to sign in.

05Good to know

• Codes are shown for 90 days. On an order older than 90 days the codes and claim links are hidden. Support can show them again for a limited time.
• An account created later does not collect earlier guest orders. Keep using the link in the email for those.

06If that did not work

• No email: see I did not get the order email.
• You typed the wrong email: see I entered the wrong email at checkout.
• You closed the page before the order was delivered: the order continues by itself. The email is sent when it is delivered.
• "We couldn’t load this order": the link may be cut off. Copy the whole address from the email and try again.
• You cannot find the link at all: contact support through the support widget or at [email protected]. Give the email you typed at checkout, the order number if you have it, the product and amount, and the date you paid, so that support can find the order.
