Sign in, go to checkout, select Add a coupon code in the order summary, type the code and select Apply before you pay.
A coupon code gives a discount, or sometimes cashback, on an order. You enter it at checkout, before you pay.
01Before you start
You need to be signed in. The coupon field is not shown to guests.
02Steps
- 1Add your items to the cart and select Proceed to checkout.
- 2In the Order summary, select Add a coupon code.
- 3Type or paste the code into Coupon code and select Apply.
- 4Check the summary. It shows a line that starts with "Coupon" and your code, and "You save" with the amount.
- 5Choose a payment method and pay.
To take a code off, select Remove.
03What to expect
- Limited to some payment methods: some codes work only with certain methods. When such a code is applied, the summary says so, and the other methods are switched off.
- Cashback codes: some codes give cashback instead of a lower price. The summary then says that the code gives cashback, not a discount on this order.
- The discount applies to the order you are paying now. It is not kept for a later order.
04Good to know
- A code has its own rules, such as an end date, a minimum order, eligible products or a limit on how many times it can be used.
- Important: a single-use code that has been used on an order stays used. It is not given back if that order is later refunded.
- If you use Order again on an order page, the coupon from the earlier order is not carried over.
- Under the Terms, promotional prices and discount codes follow their own terms and may be withdrawn at any time.
