You currently earn 1 point for every $1 on qualifying orders of $5 or more made while signed in. After 72 hours, points can be turned into Mate Wallet credit.
Points are KryptoMate's rewards programme. You earn points when you buy while signed in, and you turn them into Mate Wallet credit to spend on later orders. Taking part is free and automatic for eligible accounts.
01Earning points
- You currently get 1 point for every $1 on qualifying orders of $5 or more.
- You must be signed in when you order. Guest orders do not earn points.
- Points are added when your order is completed. Your order page shows how many you earned.
- Some purchases do not earn points: wallet top-ups, Mate Balance Card purchases and wholesale orders. Other categories can be excluded.
- There is a daily limit on how many points one account can earn.
- Promotions with a higher rate may run from time to time.
02The 72-hour wait
New points are Pending for 72 hours. After that they become Available and can be redeemed. Your order page shows the date from which they are ready.
03What points are worth
Points are turned into Mate Wallet credit. The current rate is 1,000 points = $1. The Points page shows the current rate and the minimum number of points you can redeem.
Points are not spent at checkout. You redeem them for wallet credit first, then pay with your Mate Wallet balance. See How do I redeem my points?.
04Where to see your points
- 1Sign in and open your account.
- 2Select Points.
You see the points you can redeem, what is pending, what you earned and redeemed in total, and the Activity for each order.
05Good to know
- Expiry: available points expire 365 days after you earned them if you do not use them. When points are about to expire, the Points page shows how many and on which date.
- Refunds: if an order is refunded, the points it earned are removed.
- New accounts: your account must be at least 7 days old before you can redeem. Points still build up during that time.
- No cash value: points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If you close your account, unredeemed points are lost.
