01Check your fare rules first
On the order page, open Fare & extras. Under Booking conditions, Changes reads Changeable or Not changeable, and Refund reads Refundable or Non-refundable. A fee is shown where the airline charges one.
02Steps
- 1Open the booking: the private order link in your order email, or Orders in your account.
- 2Next to the Booking reference, select Manage this order.
- 3Choose what you need: Change flight(s), Cancellation quote or Update booking. The options shown depend on your booking.
- 4Each option opens Contact support. You can also use the support widget or email [email protected].
- 5Tell us your order number, the booking reference, the traveller names and exactly what you want: the new date or flight, or a cancellation quote.
The page states: airline rules apply, and our support team makes these changes for you. Ask for the cost or the refund amount before you agree to a change.
03What the Refund Policy says
Refundable:
- bookings that were not confirmed due to a processing error on our end
- bookings eligible for refund under the airline's own cancellation and fare rules
- flights cancelled by the airline, where the airline provides a refund
Not refundable:
- confirmed bookings where the airline's fare rules class the ticket as non-refundable
- no-show situations
- voluntary cancellations outside the airline's free cancellation window
- KryptoMate service and booking fees, unless the error was on our end
- schedule changes that do not qualify for a refund under the airline's policies
Free cancellation may be available within 24 hours of booking for certain fares. Cancellation fees may apply.
04How long a flight refund takes
Airline refund processing times vary and may take 4 to 12 weeks depending on the carrier. KryptoMate processes the refund to you within 5 business days of receiving it from the airline. For how refunds are paid, see How will I get my refund and how long does it take?.
