Open Points in your account, select Redeem for wallet credit, enter how many points to redeem and submit. Once processed, the credit appears in your Mate Wallet.
Points are redeemed for Mate Wallet credit. You then use your wallet balance to pay for an order.
01Before you start
- Your points must be available. Points earned in the last 72 hours are still pending.
- Your account must be at least 7 days old.
- You need at least the minimum shown on the Points page.
02Steps
- 1Sign in and open your account.
- 2Select Points.
- 3Select Redeem for wallet credit.
- 4Under Points to redeem, enter the number of points, or select Max. The page shows the wallet credit you will get.
- 5Select the Redeem button. It shows the number of points.
03What to expect
- Your points are held while the redemption is processed. It is listed under Pending redemption.
- Each redemption is checked before your wallet is credited. Under the Points & Rewards Terms this typically completes within a few business days.
- When it is done, the credit appears under Wallet, in Transactions, as Points redemption. In your points activity the entry reads "Redeemed for wallet credit".
- If a redemption cannot be processed, the points return to your balance and you are notified.
04Cancel a pending redemption
- 1Open Points.
- 2Under Pending redemption, select Cancel request.
- 3Select Cancel redemption to confirm.
The points return to your balance. You can cancel any time before the redemption is processed.
05Use your credit
