The Mate Card is KryptoMate's own balance card, also called a Mate Balance Card. It is a code with a value in US dollars. When you redeem the code, its full value is added to the Mate Wallet of your KryptoMate account, and you use that balance to pay for orders on KryptoMate.
How it works
- Choose a value and pay at checkout. Mate Wallet balance cannot be used to buy a Mate Card, so choose another payment method.
- After payment, your code is on your order page. You can also open that page from the link in your order email.
- Sign in, open your account's Wallet and choose Redeem voucher. The value is added to your balance.
Before you buy
- A Mate Card bought while signed in can only be redeemed by the account that bought it, so it cannot be given to someone else.
- A Mate Card bought as a guest, without an account, can be redeemed by any KryptoMate account. Treat the code like cash and keep it private.
- Redeem the code within 365 days of purchase.
- Buying a Mate Card does not earn points.
- Sign in to your KryptoMate account. Create an account first if you do not have one.
- Open your account's Wallet and choose Redeem voucher.
- Paste your code exactly as it is shown on your order page. It has 12 letters and numbers.
- Choose Redeem voucher to confirm. The card's value is added to your Mate Wallet balance.
Redeem within 365 days of purchase. If your code is refused and you believe it should still be valid, contact support.
Paste the code rather than typing it. After five wrong or expired codes in one day, your account is suspended until support reviews it.

Validity. Redeem within 365 days of purchase. After that, the code is no longer accepted. If your code is refused and you believe it should still be valid, contact support. Your order page shows the code for 90 days after the order date. After that, contact support to see it again.
Using your balance. Your Mate Wallet balance is in US dollars. You can pay for an order with it fully, or partly and pay the rest with another payment method. The balance is used for purchases on KryptoMate. The site has no withdraw, cash-out or transfer option.
Keep your code safe. Keep the code private and treat it like cash: an account that is allowed to redeem it needs only the code. Paste the code rather than typing it. After five wrong or expired codes in one day, your account is suspended until support reviews it.
Refunds. A Mate Card that has been redeemed cannot be refunded. If there is a problem with your code, contact support within 48 hours of delivery. Our Refund Policy applies.
Identity verification. We may ask you to verify your identity in some cases.
Help. Use the support widget on the site or email [email protected]. Include your order number. Do not send the full code.
