Open your order, copy the code, then redeem it on the brand's own site or app, in an account set to the card's country. Each card lists its own steps.
You redeem a gift card on the brand's own site or app, not on KryptoMate. Copy the code from your order, then follow the card's own redemption steps.
01Find your code
- 1Open your order page: use the private order link in your order email, or sign in, open Orders in your account and select Get code.
- 2Find the card on the order page. When it is delivered it shows Code, and for some cards PIN or Serial, each with a Copy button.
- 3If the codes are masked, select Show codes. Copy all codes copies every code in the order together.
- 4Some cards show a button instead of a code: Claim your code or Claim your gift card. See What is a claim link and how do I use it?.
02Find the redemption steps
- On the order page, select Show details under the card. It opens the product text and the card's how-to-redeem steps.
- On the card's product page, open the How to redeem tab. The Terms tab lists the brand's conditions.
03Redeem it
- 1Sign in to your account with the brand. Its country must match the card's country.
- 2Go to the brand's redeem page, or the redeem option in its app, as the card's steps say.
- 3Paste the code. Use Copy rather than typing it, so no character is lost.
- 4If the card has a code and also a PIN or serial, enter each one where the brand asks for it.
Tip: Redeem the card soon after delivery and check that the value arrived. Our Refund Policy asks you to report a problem with a digital item within 48 hours of delivery.

05If that did not work
- The brand refuses the code: see My gift card code is not working.
