How do I send a mobile top-up?

A mobile top-up adds credit or a data bundle to a prepaid phone number, yours or someone else's, in your country or another. You need only the phone number. KryptoMate lists 900+ operators in 160+ countries.

01Steps

1. 1In the top menu, open Mobile.
2. 2Select Country and choose the country of the phone number.
3. 3Under Top-up type, keep Mobile.
4. 4Under Who are you topping up?, type the number. The country code is already shown, so type only the rest.
5. 5When the number is complete, the site detects the Operator. If the number was moved to another operator, select the right one. See How do I enter the phone number and choose the operator?.
6. 6Under Amount, choose a value. Each one shows what the number receives and what you pay. Some operators also accept an Other amount within a range.
7. 7Check the Top-up summary: the operator, the number, They receive and You pay.
8. 8Select Add to cart, then pay at checkout.

02What to expect

• Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases.
• Your order page shows the item as Mobile top-up with the number, and the status Delivered when it has been sent.
• Values tagged PIN code, and operators labelled PIN voucher, are delivered as a PIN that you enter yourself. See How do I use a top-up voucher or PIN code?.

03If that did not work

• No operators are listed for the country: see Why is mobile top-up not available in my country?.
• The number is not accepted: see How do I enter the phone number and choose the operator?.
• Card payment is not offered: card payment is not available for gift cards, games or top-ups. The methods offered for your order are the ones shown at checkout.
• You paid and nothing arrived: see My mobile top-up has not arrived.
