2. Select the ‘GyFTR Gift Card’ option. Click Check Balance and enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number.
3. Enter the amount you wish to redeem under ‘Redeem Amount from E-Pay Balance’ and click on ‘Redeem Amount’. Fill in billing details, review the price showing your applied Voucher, check the box, and click on ‘Proceed’

2.GV/GC cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
3.The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4.The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.

14.If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
15.Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
