1. This is a Tasva GV/GC (Gift Voucher/GiftCard), and it’s redeemable only at the listed stores.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV/GC to make payments before billing.
4. Only the listed Tasva outlets, at its sole discretion, accept the GV/GC. Tasva may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed. No Credit note/Refund for the unused amount of the GV/GC will be given.
6. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the GV/GC, the difference must be paid by cash, credit card, or debit card.
7. The GV/GC can be clubbed with the existing offers.
8. Multiple GV/GCs can be used against one bill.
9. This GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once it expires.
10. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
11. The GV/GC is valid for all the products available in the listed Tasva stores.
12. The GV/GC is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.

14. Tasva may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
15. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
16. Tasva makes full efforts to accept GV/GC, but on account of any technical/administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
17. If GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will get enabled in 3 working days.
18. Tasva/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
