Sign in, open Wallet, select Redeem voucher, paste the 12-character code and confirm. The value is added to your Mate Wallet balance.
A KryptoMate voucher or Mate Balance Card is a code that adds its value to your Mate Wallet. You redeem it in your account, under Wallet.
01Before you start
- You need to be signed in. Create an account first if you do not have one.
- Have the code ready to paste. It has 12 letters and numbers.
02Steps
- 1Open your account and select Wallet.
- 2Select Redeem voucher.
- 3Select Paste code, or paste the whole code into Voucher code. Dashes are optional.
- 4Select Redeem voucher.
You see "Added to your wallet" and your new balance. The amount appears under Transactions as a Voucher.
03Two rules to know
Important: a Mate Balance Card bought while signed in can only be redeemed by the account that bought it. Another account sees "This card can only be redeemed by the account that purchased it." A card bought without an account is not tied to an account.
Important: five wrong codes in one day restrict your account. Paste the code instead of typing it, and do not guess.
Also:
- A code can be redeemed once.
- Your Mate Wallet balance cannot be used to buy a Mate Balance Card.
04If that did not work
- "Not accepted", for example with "Invalid or expired code." Paste the code again and check that no character is missing. If it is refused again, stop and contact support.
- "This card can only be redeemed by the account that purchased it." Sign in to the account that bought the card.
- "Too many requests. Please try again later." You can send five codes per hour. Wait an hour.
- The code was already redeemed: check Transactions in your wallet. You may have redeemed it earlier.
- Your account was restricted after wrong codes: contact support to have it reviewed.
To contact support, use the support widget on the site or email [email protected]. Include the order number of the order that delivered the code, the email of your account and a screenshot of the message. Do not type the full code into the chat.
