These cards are codes you redeem yourself with your player ID, on the redemption page named in the card's How to redeem steps.
These cards are codes, not direct top-ups: you redeem the code yourself with your player ID. The redemption page for your card is named in its How to redeem steps, on the card's product page and under Show details on your order page.
01Before you start
- Have your player ID ready. It is shown in your profile inside the game.
- Check the card's region. Read the card's name, the line Redeemable in or Redeemable worldwide, and the Terms tab. Some cards do not work on every regional version of the game.
- Copy the code from your order page with the Copy button.
02PUBG Mobile UC
- 1On your order page, select Show details under the card and open the redemption page named in the steps.
- 2Enter your PUBG Mobile player ID.
- 3Enter the redemption code from your order. Use the Code, not the Serial.
- 4Confirm. The UC is added to that PUBG Mobile account.
03Free Fire diamonds
- 1On your order page, select Show details under the card and open the redemption page named in the steps.
- 2Sign in to your Free Fire account there, or enter your player ID, as the page asks.
- 3Choose the option to pay or redeem with a voucher code, and enter the code from your order.
- 4Confirm. The diamonds are added to that Free Fire account.
The labels on these pages are the game publisher's and can change. Follow the steps shown for your exact card.
04If that did not work
- Code rejected: copy the code again with Copy on your order page. If the order shows both a Code and a Serial, enter the code. See My gift card code is not working.
- Wrong version or region of the game: the card and your game account are for different regions. See Why can I not use my gift card in my country?.
- Already redeemed: check the UC or diamond balance of the player ID you entered. See My gift card code says it was already redeemed.
