An order holds up to 10 different items, some products have a quantity limit, and flights, shop products and wholesale orders cannot share a cart with other items.
The cart has a few rules. Find the message you see below.
01Messages and what to do
- "An order can hold up to 10 different items." Remove items until you have 10 or fewer, then check out. Place a second order for the rest.
- "Limit of … per order" or "Only … in stock." You reached the highest quantity for that product in one order. Lower the quantity.
- "Replace cart items?" Some products must be ordered by themselves: a flight, physical shop products and a wholesale order cannot share a cart with other items. Replace the cart, or finish your current cart first.
- "Hold expired — this item will be removed." Flights, stays and tickets are held for a limited time while they sit in your cart. After the timer the item is removed and the price may change. Search again for the current price.
- "Sign in to top up an eSIM." This appears at checkout. A top-up is added to an eSIM in your account, so it cannot be bought as a guest. Sign in, or remove it from your cart.
- The button on the product page says "Unavailable". That product or amount cannot be bought right now. Choose another amount or come back later.
02Good to know
- Different digital products, such as a gift card, a game and an eSIM, can be bought together in one order.
- Your cart is saved in the browser you are using. It does not follow you to another device.
- If you remove an item by mistake, select Undo in the message that appears.
03When to contact support
