Where do I find my code after I pay?

3 min de leituraPublicado em 5 de out. de 2026

Your code is on your order page. Open it from Orders in your account or from the link in your order email, then select Show codes. Codes are shown for 90 days.

Your code is shown on your order page. Every digital item is delivered there, and the order email links back to it.

01Open your order page

With an account
sign in, open Orders, find the order and select Get code.
As a guest
open your order email and select the link to your order.

02Show and copy the code

  1. 1On the order page, find the item.
  2. 2Select Show codes if the codes are hidden.
  3. 3Select Copy next to the Code. If the item also has a PIN or a Serial, copy those too.
  4. 4On a completed order with several codes, you can select Copy all codes.

03If you see a claim button instead of a code

Some gift cards are delivered through a claim step:

  1. 1Select Claim your gift card. For some other products the button reads Claim your code.
  2. 2When "Your gift card link is ready" appears, open the link to get your gift card.

The link is your gift card. Treat it like cash and do not share it. See What is a claim link and how do I use it?.

04What other products show

eSIM
a QR code and the install details.
Mobile top-up and game top-up
usually nothing to copy. The top-up is sent to the number or player ID you entered.
Flights, hotels and tickets
your booking reference and documents.

05Why can I no longer see my code? The 90-day rule

For security, codes and claim links are shown for 90 days after the order date. After that, the order page still opens, but the codes and claim links are hidden.

Order is less than 90 days old
open it again and select Show codes.
Order is older than 90 days
contact support through the support widget or at [email protected] with your order number and the email used for the order. Support can show the codes of one order again for a limited time.

Redeem codes soon after delivery, or store them somewhere private. Showing an old order again does not extend a brand's own expiry date.
