Points & Rewards Terms

The KryptoMate Points & Rewards program (the “Program”) lets registered KryptoMate users earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem them for wallet credit, which can be applied to future orders on the Platform. Participation is free, automatic for eligible accounts, and subject to the rules below. When an order that earned points is refunded (in whole or in part), the corresponding points are automatically deducted from your balance via a clawback ledger entry. We may modify, pause, or terminate the Points & Rewards program at any time, including changing earn rates, redemption rates, caps, eligibility, or the processing flow. We will provide reasonable notice in-app or by email before any change that materially reduces the value of points already earned.
