Open Wallet, select Add funds, enter an amount from $5 to $2,000, choose USDT or USDC and a network, and send the exact amount shown in one transfer.

You can add between $5 and $2,000 at a time to your Mate Wallet by sending USDT or USDC.

01Before you start

You need to be signed in.
Have USDT or USDC in a wallet or exchange that can send on one of the supported networks.

1Sign in, open your account, select Wallet, then Add funds.
2How much: enter the amount you want to add and select Continue. The summary shows the processing fee and the total you will send.
3Coin and network: choose USDT or USDC, then the network you will send on.
4Select Get deposit address.
5Send the payment: copy the address and the exact amount, or scan the QR code, and send it from your wallet or exchange in one transfer.
6Select I’ve sent the payment.

Supported networks include Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum One and Ethereum for both coins, plus TON for USDT and Base for USDC.

The status moves from Awaiting payment to Confirming, then Crediting, then Credited.
Your wallet is credited once the payment is confirmed. You can leave the page: the top-up is listed in your orders as a Wallet top-up.
Wallet top-ups do not earn points.

Exact amount: send exactly the total shown under "Send exactly", including the processing fee, in one transfer. An amount that does not match is not credited automatically.
Right coin and network: send only the coin and network you chose. Another coin or network cannot be recovered.
In time: send before the countdown on the page ends. If it ends, select Get a new address and start again. Do not send to an expired address.

Tip: some exchanges take their withdrawal fee out of the amount you type. Check that the amount that arrives is the exact total shown.
