It depends on the product and your country. Choose your country under Ship to on the product page to see the delivery options, their prices and their times in days.
There is no single list of countries and no single delivery time. Each product has its own delivery options, and they depend on the country you ship to. The product page shows them, with prices and times, before you buy.
01See delivery for your country
- 1Open the product in the Shop.
- 2Under Ship to, select Choose, or Change, and pick the destination country.
- 3The page lists the delivery options for that country, each with its price and its delivery time in days. The Cheapest and Fastest options are marked.
- 4If the page says We can't deliver this to your country yet, or that no shipping options are available, that product cannot be shipped there at the moment.
02How to read the times and prices
- Times are shown as a number of days, or a range of days, for each delivery method.
- The list on the product page is an estimate for that product and quantity.
- The site does not state how long an order is prepared before it ships.
03Choosing at checkout
You choose the delivery method at checkout under Shipping speed, after you choose or add an address. Each method shows its delivery estimate and its price for your address, and whether tracking is included. One delivery price is charged for the whole parcel, and the order summary shows it as Shipping.
04Things to know
- The product list can be filtered by Warehouse.
- Enter a complete address. Name, phone, country, address, city and postal code are required.
- When the order ships, its tracking number is shown on your order page. See How do I track my Shop order?.
05If your parcel has not arrived
If the delivery time shown for your method has passed, or the tracking has stopped moving, contact support through the support widget or [email protected]. Give your order number, the email used for the order and the tracking number.
