The site has no withdraw function. Your Mate Wallet holds credit for buying products on KryptoMate, and there is no option to send it out as crypto or cash or to move it to another account.
01What you can do with your balance
- Pay for an order, fully or partly. The one exception is a Mate Balance Card, which cannot be bought with wallet balance.
- Keep it for a later order.
02Wallet credit from points
The Points & Rewards Terms say that wallet credit from redeemed points is for use on KryptoMate only. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
03Before you add funds
Add only what you plan to spend, and check the amount before you send a wallet top-up or redeem a voucher.
04If you are choosing how to receive a refund
An approved refund goes back to your original payment method by default. Having it credited to your Mate Wallet is the instant option, and that credit is then for purchases on KryptoMate. See How will I get my refund and how long does it take?.
05If you added funds by mistake
Contact support through the support widget or at [email protected] as soon as you can. Include the wallet top-up reference (it starts with WT-) and the email of your account, and explain what happened. Support will tell you what is possible in your case.
