Open Game top-up, choose the game and the country of your game account, pick a package, enter your player ID and pay. The credit is sent to that ID.
A game top-up sends in-game currency straight to a game account. You give the player ID and pay, and the credit is sent to that ID. There is no code to redeem, and we never ask for your game password.
01Before you start
Find your player ID inside the game. On the top-up page, Where to find your Player ID shows the steps for the game you chose, when the game has them. For most games the ID is a number, not your in-game name.
02Steps
- 1In the top menu, open Gaming, then Game top-up.
- 2Choose your game, or find it with Search games.
- 3If the game is sold for more than one country, choose under Country the country where your game account was created. Packages and prices differ by country.
- 4Under Package, pick a package.
- 5Under Your account, enter your player ID. Some games also ask for a server or a zone.
- 6Read the summary line at the bottom. It shows the package and the ID it will be sent to, with the reminder Check the ID is yours.
- 7Select Buy now, or Add to cart, and pay at checkout.
Each order line is one package for one ID.
03What to expect
- The top-up page shows Delivery: Within minutes. Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases.
- Your order page shows Top-up account with the player ID, and the server or zone if you entered one. The item shows Processing while it is being sent and Delivered when it is done.
- Open the game and check your balance.
Important: Check your ID before paying. The page warns that a top-up goes to the ID you enter and cannot be reversed. The site checks only the form of the ID, for example that it is numbers only and not too short. It cannot tell whose account it is.
04If that did not work
- "Numbers only. This is your ID, not your in-game name.": enter the numeric ID from the game, not your player name.
- "This looks too short": check that you entered the whole ID.
- Your game or country is not listed: it is not sold as a direct top-up at the moment. Some games are sold as codes under Gift cards instead. See How do I redeem PUBG Mobile UC and Free Fire diamond codes?.
