Delivery is usually instant, but it might take 0–24 hours in rare cases. The top-up starts once your payment is confirmed, so the first thing to check is the payment.
01The two stages
- 1Payment. The order waits until your payment is confirmed. The order page says Awaiting payment, or Confirming your payment once the payment has been seen. How long a crypto payment takes to confirm depends on the method and the network. See the Payments help.
- 2Top-up. Once the order is paid, the top-up is sent. The item shows Processing and then Delivered.
02What you will see
- On the order page, the item is labelled Mobile top-up and shows the number.
- Delivered means the top-up was sent to that number.
- A PIN voucher is different: the PIN is emailed to you and shown on the order page, and nothing is added to a phone until the PIN is entered. See How do I use a top-up voucher or PIN code?.
- A bill payment (internet, utilities, television, transport) is sent to the provider in the same way. When the provider shows it on your account is up to the provider.
Our Terms of Service note that delays can come from blockchain confirmation times, supplier processing or technical issues.
03If it is taking longer
- The order says Awaiting payment or Payment window expired: the top-up has not started. See I paid but my order still shows Pending payment.
- The item still says Processing: the top-up is being sent. If 24 hours have passed, contact support. You can write earlier if you are worried.
- The item says Delivered but the phone shows nothing: see My mobile top-up has not arrived.
